Whole Lamb Deposit

Now taking reservations for February 2021. Approximately 50 pounds of tender, 100% grass-fed lamb. Packaged fresh, cut, wrapped, and frozen. Whole Lamb will include 2 racks, 12 loin/rib chops, sirloin chops, shoulder chops, 2 leg roasts, 4 shanks, and stew meat. Total price will be determined by true weight priced at $8.10 per lb. plus $50 harvest fee and $175 processing fee (paid directly to our butcher if being shipped). Your deposit will go toward the total cost of around $630. Remainder to be paid prior to pick-up.
