produce is a favorite among Los Angeles restaurants such
as Gjelina, Rustic Canyon, Melisse, and Lucques as well
as local restaurants Artisan and Villa Creek and fine dining
restaurants such as Per Se in New York! Discover the
reason Chef Clark Staub’s restaurant in Los Alamos has
been called “visionary” by Edible Santa Barbara magazine.
